HOW DO I SAMPLE MUSIC?
First set up an account. The gold membership is free and once you set up an account you'll have a home page. On your home page you'll find your personal media player. This player will hold ten songs that you choose, and you can listen to them our change them any time you want. To listen to music you simply find the song you want to hear and click the blue note next to it. Just click it once, even if it seems like nothing has happened the song will populate in the media player on your home page.

WHY IS THE SONG I WANT TO SAMPLE NOT SHOWING UP ON THE MEDIA PLAYER?
Sometimes it will take the media player a few minutes for the song to populate, because all of the files are different sizes some will take longer than others. If you don't see it right away you can use that time to search for other songs to sample. If the song still doesn't populate on your home page in your media player, you can try logging off and then logging back on. Even if you are logged off the information will continue to transfer to your media player.
WHY IS MY COUNTRY NOT AN OPTION IN THE DROP BOX WHEN I'M CHECKING OUT?
If your country doesn't appear in the drop box when you're checking out, you will want to select the option that reads "other". This information is necessary for billing purposes. It will not affect you since there is no physical merchandise we need to ship.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD THE MUSIC I BUY?
The same song/album can be downloaded three times.
AFTER I LOG OUT HOW DO I GET BACK TO THE PAGE TO DOWNLOAD MUSIC I HAVE PURCHASED?
You do not need to return to the site to download the songs you have already purchased. Those downloads will be sent directly to your email and can be downloaded from there.

WHAT IF THE MUSIC I PURCHASED DOESN'T DOWNLOAD OR THE ALBUM/SONG IS NOT COMPLETE?

WHAT IF THE PDF FILE THAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY PURCHASE DOES NOT DOWNLOAD?
Are you a Platinum Member? If not register to become one today and the PDF files will be included at no extra charge. If a PDF file is included with your album purchase and it doesn't download please use the request form on Downloadkidsmusic.com to contact us immediately. Include a description of the problem and the album that goes with the PDF file you're experiencing a problem with. A member of our team will respond to your request within two business days.
DO I NEED TO BECOME A MEMBER TO LISTEN TO MUSIC ON THE WEBSITE?
No, you can listen to music on the website for free without registering.
DO I NEED TO BECOME A MEMBER TO PURCHASE AND DOWNLOAD MUSIC?
No you are not required to become a member to purchase and download music.
WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE MUSIC?
All songs are downloaded in MP3 format. Virtually all music players and computers can play MP3 files.
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
American Express, Master Card, and Visa.
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION CODE?
First add the items to your cart then select checkout. During the checkout process you will enter your promotion code and the prices of the items will be adjusted accordingly.
CAN I PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL SONGS?
Yes. You may purchase any song individually or you may purchase the entire album.
ARE SHEET MUSIC/LYRICS OFFERED?
Yes, it is offered for many of our albums. Platinum members receive it for free (when available). Non-Platinum members may purchase it for an additional fee (when available). Sheet music/lyrics are typically offered in PDF format. You will need to have Adobe reader installed to view it. If you do not have it installed you may download and install it for free from


HOW TO INSTALL JAVA?
Macintosh users use Software Update tool from the Apple Icon dropdown menu. Java is installed automatically as part of the Software Updates.
If you are on Microsoft Windows you have to download and install Java to use download Manager.

- Click on Agree and Start Free Download button to start download.
- A pop up will appear with options.
- Click Run to begin the installation process.
- Note that the pop up appearance my differ depending on the browser type and version you are using (example picture show Internet Explorer 9)
- Wait until installation windows pops up.
- Click Install button to start Java installation.
- Wait until installation is complete.
- When installation is complete it should say "You have successfully installed Java".
- Click Close to finish.

WHY IS SAFARI NOT SUPPORTED?

HOW AND WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP?
Your first month will be immediately billed to your credit card upon signup. Thereafter your credit card will be automatically billed on the first of each month.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
You may cancel your membership at any type by clicking on the My Home Page option located under My Account in the left side bar of any page. Next click on the Cancel Membership option and follow the instructions on the page.
